职位描述：
Job Purpose:
- The position is to assist the Capex team of CRESA (Corporate Real Estate Administrative and Strategy) China to ensure smooth management of corporate real estate projects.

Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Capex team on managing the corporate real estate project including site inspection, test-fit of the layout, technical study etc.
- Co-ordinate with various parties to smooth the project process and manage the changes.
- Manage contractors to deliver the work with the satisfaction level.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist business on site selection and carry out the due diligence.
- Work closely with difference BU/SU (locally and group wise), ensure all projects are on track efficiently.
- Drive and monitor the contractors to follow the corporate standard.
- Monitor the cost effectively.
- Be the point of the contact for BU and develop good relations with BUs in order to achieve the satisfactory level.

Experience:
- At least 5 years of project management experience, AUTOCAD skillset is a must.

Education / Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor in Interior design, 5 year design experience + project management experience

- Be familiar with property, project process and procedures
- Competent in preparation of related project document
- Competent in using design tools such as Adobe and AutoCAD

- Work closely with business partners within group
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with external contractors/vendors
