岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1.负责为制作部门制定和执行发展策略。
Responsible for designing and conducting business strategies for production department.
2.负责整个制作TVC项目的管理工作，包括制定预算，统筹安排，时间管理，外包管理等。
In charge of TVC project management , including budgeting, scheduling, timeline management, outsource management and etc..
2.负责部门内所有重大决策。
Responsible for making all major decisions in this function."
4.保证项目在预算范围内按时完成。
To ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
5.对公司的核心价值有很深入的了解，包括艺术家，制作团队以及其他的各项服务。
Deep Knowledgment of Company's assets including artists, production and other services.
6.对制作工作流程有升入了解，能够对制作软件进行基本的操作。
Deep understanding of production work flow, basic knowledge of production software.
7.负责制作经理和其他初级员工的培训工作。
Responsible for the training of production manager and other junior positions.
8.协助监制管理整个制作团队。
Assist Executive Producer to manage production team.
9.负责与境外导演和工作人员沟通
Responsible for communication with foreign directors and staff
10.完成领导指派的其它任务。
Performs other related duties as assigned.



任职条件：
Qualifications:
专科及以上学历
Diploma degree or higher.
倾向于有广告，市场营销，大众传播，媒体或其他相关专业
Prefer Advertisement， Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or other related majors
五年以上担任制片的经验
More than 5 years' working experience as a production producer
能流畅得用英文及中文交流
