General purpose of position:
· Organized and efficient individual with good work ethic to perform receptionist and administrative duties. This key person is responsible for providing a friendly and professional reception to BTU visitors, clients, vendors and employees in person or on the phone, as well as providing administrative assistance to various departments at BTU as needed.


Description of duties and responsibilities:
· Answer and redirect incoming calls
· Greet, announce and direct visitors
· Manage post & courier receiving and delivery, sorting incoming mail
· Maintain appearance of front lobby
· Deal with daily attendance record and monthly attendance reports
· Checking administrative monthly bills
· Create employee and visitors badges
· Manage the office stationery supply
· Perform other related duties required


Skills and abilities needed for this position:
· Candidate should be upbeat, personable and willing to assist as needed
· Excellent customer service and communications skills
· Basic MS Office and Email computer skills required
· Candidate must have a mature and professional demeanor, outgoing personality and friendly manner when greeting guests and answering calls
· Detail oriented and the ability to multiple task and courteously handle multiple phone lines a plus
· Ability to work independently


Education and training needed for this position:
· Associates Degree or above
· 1 years experience in receptionist, administrative assistant or related positions
