职位描述：
The Sustainability Developer, Water is overall accountable for:
? Driving, implementing and monitoring H&M’s vision and goals towards our global water roadmap.
? Developing tools and routines to monitor water management within the supply chain.
? Collection, analysis and reporting of water related data from the supply chain.
? Taking the lead and securing implementation of related activities within the production organisations.
? To represent H&M Production in water related global partnerships like WWF, SIWI etc.

Main Responsibilities
? Provide expertise in order to support the business functions to work towards H&M’s water roadmap
? Conduct supply chain mapping to understand water usage and lead the activities towards improving water quality, decreasing water quantity and enhancing water circularity.
? Collect water data from the regions and report the consolidated data after doing relevant analysis.
? Ensure that the activities and plans decided as part of the WWF partnership are implemented at global level.
? Design and implement programs to improve water management within the supply chain and to increase awareness about water related topics.
? Support the internal organisation and the suppliers with technical knowledge related to water management. Drive the implementation process at global level.
? Initiate collaboration related to water with external organisations including other brands, NGOs, consultants and international organisations.
? Closely work with sustainability business expert (water) in Sweden to align production related activities with our company vision.
? Develop tools and routines to monitor usage of water within the supply chain and provide support in integrating them into normal business routines of the company.
? Motivate, support and educate the Production teams in accordance with our current and future needs. Secure capacity building related to water within the organisation.
? Conduct local forefront analysis and keep up to date on what other companies in the industry are doing in the water related area.
? In alignment with our communication strategy, report/communicate internally and externally to improve awareness of our work.

Education and Experience requirements
? University graduate in Environmental Engineering, preferably specialised in water related topics.
? Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a relevant field and preferably in the field of water management and/or fashion supply chain.
? Hands-on experience with water management, waste water treatment plants and water recycling technologies.
Knowledge and Skill requirements
? Clear communication skills including written and verbal presentation
? Ability to “keep things simple” and translate complicated topics into understandable business language.
? Strong leadership skills in a matrix organisation.
? Excellent written and spoken English.
? Experience with internal and external stakeholder engagement.
? Ability to translate vision and strategies into clear short and long term action plans relevant for other business functions 举报 分享
