职位描述：

Business Need / Purpose of Role:
1. Re-develop labor standard for manufacturing parts.
2. Continually lead to drive cost reduction of manufacturing labor with production engineering team.
3. Continually optimize and lean manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities :
1. 重新建立和改善现有工时体系，推动标准工时体系的执行
Re-Develop and improve current labor standard and drive to implement
2. 优化现有工艺过程，持续推动制造工时的降低
Optimize current manufacturing process and continually drive manufacturing cost to be reduced
3. 执行被委派的其它工作。
Execute other works assigned.

任职要求Qulification：
1.深入了解工时标准体系的建立例如MOD, MTM等方法， 熟悉生产线设计计算和生产线混线平衡等相关IE理论.
Be familiar to labor system development such as MOD, MTM and so on, and be familiar to design and calculate production line and balance mixed line, other IE knowledge is plus.
2.基本掌握机械加工制造、机械原理、金属工艺学、木工工艺、公差配合与技术测量等基础理论知识
Grasp basic theory concerning machine processing and manufacture, mechanical principle, metal technology, woodworking technology，tolerance stack up and technical measurement, etc.
3.了解精益生产和六西格玛的基本理念，能使用8D解决质量问题和制造成本降低
Basically understanding with Lean and Six Sigma, be able to resolve quality issues by 8D and reduce manufacturing cost by Lean thinking.
4.了解各种加工设备的结构和性能特点
Be familiar with the structures and properties of various kinds of processing equipment is plus.

5.大本以上学历，工业工程，机械设计、机械制造或相关专业
University education or higher, major in Industry engineering, manufacturing design or related specialty
6. 5~7年以上从事工业工程经验。
5~7 years of experience in industry engineering of heavy machinery
7.良好的计算分析能力
Excellent calculating and analyzing ability
8.良好的沟通能力
Excellent communicative ability
9.熟练掌握计算机绘图软件（AutoCAD、NX, TeamCenter）
Grasp computer drawing software (AutoCAD、NX, TeamCenter)
10. 熟练的英语口语。很好的计算机操作水平(ERP, Office)
Fluent Oral English Skill. Excellent computer operation Skills (ERP, Office)
