职位描述：
- Responsible for all inbound shipment management.
- Keep all arrived orders make GR in system in time, open purchasing order daily check and maintain in ERP
- Tracking purchase order delivery from oversea supplier to Shanghai central warehouse
- Monitor forwarder and broker to fulfill all import procedure, by high accurate and in time manner
- Offer professional guideline to broker for all import products and spare parts importation
- Question reply and coordinate with broker for customs inspection
- Spare parts classification for accelerate turnover speed
- Marketing commodity management (IN/OUT)
- Order fulfillment job backup

？ Qualification
- College degree above, major in administration, logistics or related business
- Working experience in MNC is preferred
- Working experience as logistics specialist, import & export expert more than 3 years
- Experience of monitoring 3PL (forwarder, broker, warehouse) is preferred
- Knowledge and operation experience for ERP (SAP) system is preferred
- Working experience in durable consumer products industry is preferred
- Good English, writing and oral
