Job Title：Retai Operation Supervisor

Department：China Sales Department

Reporting to：Retail Operation Manager

Objective

Work together with Retail Operation Manager to supervise the Natuzzi Editions Direct Operated Store (DOS)’s daily business and operation, and achieve DOS sales target;

Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales and retail operations of all company-owned stores.
2. Ensure that store staff is properly trained in areas of selling skills, customer relations, product & brand knowledge, DOS operations, NARES system application and after sales service.
3. Regularly visit DOS to assess company and competitor performance as well as market development. DOS visits include: review of DOS staff, assessment of staff skills, review of DOS furniture & assets, review of inventory, discussion of sales performance and trends, review customer trends, review of general mall and competitor development and review of compliance.
4. Assist the DOS manager collect furniture malls marketing plan to cooperate with Marketing Manager propose suitable effective marketing and promotion activities. Ensure all of marketing activities are implemented into related sites.
5. Assist the DOS Manager maintain suitable personnel in store. Monitor store manager and sales staff right behavior, motivate DOS sales team and boost the team morale.
6. Assist the DOS Manager maintain good relationship with Furniture mall to ensure company’s best benefit will always been safeguarded including lease agreement bargain, confirmation and renewal.
7. Assist the After sales and DOS Manager deal with the after sales issues.
8. Operation work, including Daily sales report, monthly sales report, weekly order flow report, monthly discount report ,weekly operation report etc.
9. Assist the finance to deal with the finance matters, collect the invoice from landlord, daily SAP maintenance, store inventory, logistics orders etc.

Qualifications:

1. From the industry of luxury, FMCG, life style etc. , with min. 3 years retail operation related working experience;
2. College degree or above;
3. Good communication, coordination and negotiation skill in both English and Chinese.
4. Problem solver, Good execution, Detail-oriented, Initiative and sense of ownership.
5. Be able to travel frequently;
