职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:
- Process PPAP submittals from suppliers in order to improve purchased part quality. Determine adequacy of overall submittal, appropriateness of components (e.g. PFMEA, Control Plans).
- Work with suppliers, program managers, engineering to define and drive necessary improvements where needed.
- Evaluate and provide leadership in the development of new/existing supplier quality systems and process/product control systems.
- Work closely with sourcing team to monitor supplier progress in improving identified needs.
- Work closely with Corporate and purchasing and Plant QA to identify and prioritize audit needs.
- Maintain audit schedule, and issue regular reports to APAC SQM.
- Participate in regular Purchasing staff meetings in order to influence the development of effective supplier development and monitoring efforts.
- Change management on supplier e.g. process change, design change. Location change.
- Provide leadership in resolution of Supplier quality problems associated with purchased parts and materials.
- Use SQAR via project definition of product critical characteristics and appropriate test and control measures to assure compliance to final product characteristics.
- Take active role in Supplier Readiness Reviews, including FMEA and Control Plan evaluation and review.
- Evaluate and approve/reject various supplier reports and data that are submitted as part of product development and/or engineering changes in order to reduce planning-related defects and delays.
- Involve Purchasing/Engineering to address deficiencies as appropriate.
- Recommend and/or assist in training NCR personnel and suppliers as necessary to remain compliant with Donaldson, customer and industry standards and requirements.
- Regularly participate in training and continuing education in order to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Quality and Industry Standards requirements.
- And other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Plastic Molding, the specific requirements:
- Technical understanding of engineering disciplines such as mold flow analysis and how to interpret and affect it; plastic molding processes such as rotational, injection, blow-mold, etc.; and how to apply plastic knowledge to both tooling and product drawing designs
- Ability to relate GDT design, interpretation, gage, and measurement planning to designs and how it relates to the final customer application
- Demonstrated experience of tooling making, Plastic injection molding process, blow molding process setup, Assembly processes

Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical major and a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment in Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing.

Technical Competence & Skills:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated practice and experience of Supplier and product qualification process, system and process audit, Certified Internal Auditor of ISO 9000, TS16949, be familiar with the quality manual of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, SPC, etc. and other quality tools
- Six sigma green belt (preferred)
- Knowledge of raw materials/plastics/tooling preferred
