1. 根据室内设计方案及客户要求，统筹安排并进行多个项目施工图或制作图的绘制，针对技术深化过程中遇到的疑难点，提出有效的解决方案

2. 负责施工技术团队（室内设计施工，水暖，结构计算等）的技术和设计整合，控制施工图深化详图的技术全过程

3. 跨领域，跨部门合作（水电，结构等），了解并理解项目实际需求，如期保质保量完成技术图纸

4. 协助项目经理对项目材料进行确认及数量计算，并及时予以技术配合

5. 实现复杂项目的设计和施工，以确保施工或制作成果与设计或技术深化意图相一致


任职要求：

1. 至少3年室内设计，模块建筑，展览展示施工技术，或家具设计技术等相关技术工作经验，有完整项目实施经验着优先
2. 建筑学等相关专业，有美国或欧洲留学经历，熟悉欧美国家建筑设计标准，同时熟知国家相关的室内设计规范
3. 对施工工艺及制作技术有浓厚兴趣，并有意向在工程技术领域长期发展
4. 开放，跨行业，跨领域思维
5. 英语口语和书面能力优秀， 逻辑清晰地表达意见
5. 了解机电及消防图纸，具备跨专业协调控制能力
6. 有团队管理经验，善于管理小组施工图出图质量
7. 能独立完成整套施工图的绘制，精通施工工艺，节点，材料特性及运用方式
8. 具有良好的理解和综分析合能力，能够有计划的协调整体工作进度，具备独立处理和解决问题的能力，较强学习能力以及学习意愿
9. 工作作风严谨，耐心细致，坚持原则，积极主动，有良好的职业素养
10. 软件熟练掌握（特别是AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe CS）

Your tasks will include:
Project work:
? implementation of a range of design and engineering solutions, with original thinking and questioning of current trends
? content and design development of complex projects
? development of integrated, multidisciplinary strategies
? working in an interdisciplinary project team: modular prefabricated engineering and production, exhibition and furniture design

What we expect from you:
? at least three years’ professional experience in an interior architecture, modular prefabrication, exhibition architecture or furniture manufacture context
? Overseas education background in US/Europe
? your own statement approach to design and content
? open-minded, interdisciplinary thinking
? independent, reliable, structured work approach and excellent team skills
? confident manner and strong communication and argumentation abilities, both spoken and written
? good oral and written communication-level standard of English (Chinese is a plus)
? confident in all the latest software programs (especially AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe CS)
? great enthusiasm for finding new solutions and implementing them into the office structure
? experimental
? able to put ideas into action
? good communication skills via the client and the team
? ability to focus on what is most relevant
