Job requirements:
University graduate
5+ yrs experience in textile and garment industry with good garment tech background and market quotation knowledge
Solid knowledge within Ladies garments and product development/design process
Target oriented and can work independently
Strong sourcing experience
Good Fashion sense, aggressive & outgoing
Experience from International Retail companies
Used to pricing and cost break downs on a detailed level
Proficient in speaking and writing English

Key responsibilities:
Monitor the entire process from proto-samples to bulk ordering
Negotiate prices, capacity planning and production lead-time with suppliers
Assist the suppliers with product development according to new trends and fabrics
Train the suppliers according to the requirements of the brands
Know and understand the vision and strategy of the various Bestseller brands
Communicate the success criteria of Bestseller's systems and standards to suppliers
Create a good dialogue with buyers, designers and pattern makers in Denmark
Solve the daily challenges in co-operation with suppliers and Danish buyers
