Position: SMT Manufacturing Engineer
Hiring Dept.: ME, DDC
Report to: ME Supervisor
Major Job Responsibilities:
? Lead the SMT line, wave soldering and final assembly process flow development and improvement equipment OEE.
? Lead the DFM for SMT, SWS and WS soldering and final assembly process, define and optimize the design rule for current facility.
? Lead the rework team and the entire technician to do all the equipment maintenance.
? Responsible for SMT equipment and fixture development and management.
? Lead all the FA line production.
? Can lead project.
? Lead all the smt line program edit.
? Control products quality, ensure quality continuous improvements.
? Support existing product lines during daily operations. Responsible for reducing costs and improving efficiency through the implementation of lean manufacturing methods.
? Support the NPI via new line development and project tracking.
? Support customer audit.
? Participate in the continuous improvements for SMT capability and cost saving.
Key Requirements:
? Minimum 6 years SMT(表面贴装技术) and PTH(通孔直插式元件)experience in a high volume Electronics Manufacturing environment, with particular emphasis on experience.
? Well working knowledge of manufacturing process design, cycle time Analysis, APQP, MSA,
PFMEAs, DFM Rules, Lean six sigma tools.
? Familiar with ISO9000. ISO14000 and TS16949 system requirement and 6 SIGMA
? Good English on both spoken and written is plus
