职位描述：
The HR manager in Zhang JiaGang new plant is accountable for the successful delivery of the full scope of HR services, processes and projects across all divisions in our new plant in Zhang JiaGang during the project period and after startup, covering recruiting, C&B, talent & development, HR projects and tools/system, employee life-cycle management, HR daily operations, etc.

MAIN TASKS
-Delivers HR services such as recruitment and hiring, project management, support facilitation, coaching, advices, transformation, employee relations with continuous improvement mindset and methodology;
-Leads Human Resources practices and objectives with the goal of providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, high standards , goal achievement and ongoing development of a superior workforce;
-Participates in implementation of Local HR & Division Strategy;
-Responsible for sourcing and recruitment of all open positions in the plant;
-Is responsible for local benefits strategy, benchmarking and implementation;
-Effectively manages employee relations issues, grievances and all disciplinary procedures in line with Firmenich Code of Ethics and Business Conduct;
-Acts with an advisory role for yearly HR performance reviews as well as any other HR processes part of the HR year;
-Manages the day-to-day HR operations of Zhang JiaGang plant;

Required Profile
-Bachelor's degree in Management, human resources or related field
  -7~10 years of strong HR experience in multi-national companies
 -Working knowledge of all key HR skill areas;
-Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation), influencing and interpersonal skills
-Fluent in English
-Good at on Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel (Advanced); SAP
-Change Management professional;
