职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Achieve plant goals by supporting stable operations, seeking ways to minimize waste, raw materials & packaging materials with increasing line efficiency
盡量減少原材料/包裝資源在生產過程的耗捐/浪費,並進一步提升生產及操作效率達到生產目標
? Manage assigned fixed overhead monthly and annual budgets, controlling and minimizing overtime, reduce and limit spending without sacrificing quality
在有限的資源內,在不減產品質素的條件下,透過監控盡力壓抑成本及加班支出
? Analyze and review daily production schedules and product mix to maximize target performance objective
主日常生產日程及產品配搭進行分析及檢討,把表現提升達最理想
? Responsible for development of a high productivity workforce by hiring, training, performance review, morale activities and discipline
負責對生產團隊的聘用、培訓、工作評估、維持紀律、提升士氣及發展，務求提升生產效率
? Regularly monitor and communicate safety related activities which generates full participation by all plant employees
定期觀察及向所有生產隊伍進行各項安全的活動
? Responsible for adherence to all productivity, policies, procedures and continual improvement for Quality Assurance, Employee & Food Safety and customer specifications on a day to day basis.
對所有關於日常生產項目，如政策、程序、持續質量保證、員工／顧客的食物安全說明／指示等負責。
? Optimize and ensure execution of weekly and monthly production schedules for development and succession planning.
落實執行每周／每月的生產時間表及延續計劃，並不斷作出優化工作。
? Supports Marketing/Sales with respect to new and existing product development initiatives.
就現有及新生產品，對營銷及市場推廣提供支援。
? Make decisions on production planning and scheduling based on full understanding of the factory capability, customer’s requirements and order priority.
就生產計劃／時間表作出決定。
? Anticipate loading and production problems and recommend action plans.
對一些現存／潛在的生產問題作出解決／預防工作。
? Continually review and improve the planning tools and methodologies.
不斷為生產器材及方法進行檢討及改善。
Requirements
? Degree in following disciplines: food science, business, engineering, or operations management.
? 5-10 years of experience in a food / consumer products manufacturing industry / environment.
? At least 5 years’ experience in a management role
? Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning
? Abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
? Ability to work as a team with all functional areas to support a common goal.
? Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 举报 分享
