职位描述：
要求：大专以上学历，普通话标准，精通office办公软件及相关工具软件，有良好的沟通能、协调能力，心思细密，有谦虚的处事态度。有电信和计算机工作背景。有一定财务知识者优先。
职责：1.协助总经理对各项行政事务的安排及执行
            2.协调部门员工之间、公司各部门与财务部之间的关系
            3.负责新进员工试用期的跟踪考核，晋升提薪及转正合同的签订并形成相应档案资料
            4.组织新员工入职培训，每月根据实际情况制定绩效考核制度并制作更新绩效考核表,收集全公司人员的绩效考核数据，整合成 报表提交。
            5.负责统计汇总，上报员工考勤月报表，处理考勤异常情况
            6.负责草拟，解释公司的福利保险制度，组织办理入保手续，联络退保，理赔事务
            7.熟练计算机操作，熟练运用办公软件
            8.有亲和力，有敬业精神、团队协作精神
            9.工作细致、踏实、稳重，为人诚实，原则性强。良好的服务精神和强烈的工作责任心及上进心
            10.完成领导交代的其他临时工作

毎年公司组织两次以上旅游
