职位描述：
Job description:
1. Prepare cash flow report, and bank funding daily.
2. Prepare and delivery relevant documents to bank. (Such as change or deregister bank account, etc.)
3. Invoices purchase, issuance, verification and arrange courier;
4. Fixed assets related posting.
5. Daily book and clear AR receivable for Wholesale in SAP system.
6. Make reconciliation VAT invoice balance between RAW report and SAP system. Book VAT relevant adjustment in SAP system including input VAT and output VAT.
7. Clear bank received for franchisee
8. Assist AP part to complete payment processing in SAP system
9. Preparing tax declaration and statistics report etc.
10. Take part in yearly warehouse stock take
11. Cooperate with annual audit.
12. Assist to manager to complete other issues
Desired skill:
13. AP/AR experience
14. Around 3 years experience in financial field
15. Quick learner, willing to accept ad hoc tasks
16. Familiar with SAP
17. Good English and Mandarin
18. Excellent MS Office skills (Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS office (excel spreadsheet)
19. Passion in G-Star Raw
20. Bachelor’s degree
