职位描述：
1. 5年以上相关技术工作经验；能接受出差；
2. 具有良好的组织、沟通、协调能力和管理能力，为人正直，以身作则，敬业爱岗；
3. 具有两年以上大型工程项目施工管理方面的工作经历及丰富的工程技术管理经验，熟悉施工图纸，对项目的施工质量、进度、安全以及成本控制能够进行有效的监控，具有较强的协调能力者优先；
4. 能独立处理各种工程技术难点，能独立的审核设计单位及承包方提供的图纸、技术规范、施工方案、工作进度等工作，熟悉市政规划、建筑设计、结构设计、施工管理等工作，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范及市政配套等基本建设程序，能够对所建项目提出建设性意见者优先；
5.有二级建造师证书或高级工程师职称优先； 举报 分享
