职位名称：产品研发工程师

职位职责：
提供光学关键参数量测系统的高级应用支持。
包括：与K-T内部的各部门包括工程部，销售和市场部，以及K-T的客户工程师紧密协作。
开展新产品引入项目，例如：产品特性，alpha 测试，beta测试， 新产品起步的设备支持。
给现场服务工程师提供更高级别的应用支持；领导或协作进行远程/现场的故障解决。
为设备的新功能特性展开实验，通过开发菜单以及特性功能化将复杂的光学应用建立成模型。
为客户提供应用支持和培训，同时还要负责起BKM（best known method）文件以及其他培训材料的制作，并将产品信息分享给K-T全球范围的现场应用团队。
另外，产品工程师还要负责面向客户的产品展示，以及在客户设备上H2H项目的展开。
产品支持需要全球范围内的出差。

职位要求：
应聘者需具有硕士，博士学历，专业背景为物理，或相关工程领域，例如：光学，材料科学，微电子等。之前有过集成电路工艺、半导体设备经验者优先。需具备良好的项目管理能力，领导力以及优秀的人际交往与沟通能力。需具备良好的英语听说读写能力。应聘者须有良好的自我推动以及独立工作的能力，同时也是优秀的团队合作者。


Job Title: Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities:
1 Develop and implement product applications for existing and pre-release products to provide maximum value to the customer, need to support the development of a system at the customer site;
2 Focus on projects related to new product introduction such as characterization, alpha testing, beta testing and pilot tools in the ramp phase;
3 Perform product diagnosis and problem resolution and interface with software and systems engineering to verify the hardware & software problems have been resolved;
4 Conduct customer product demonstrations and technical training including on-site training of Field Applications Engineers and end users;
5 Generate best known method documents, application notes and other training material, and transfer product knowledge to Field Applications teams;
6 Generate demo and test reports for internal and customer review.

Requirements:
1 have MS/PhD in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Material Science or related fields and strong technical background.
2 Preferred work experiences in semiconductor processing or equipment industry.
3 Must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
4 Must be self-driven, and a strong team player.
5 50% of world-wide travelling would be required. 举报 分享
