职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1. Strategic Direction
？ Understand the company’s business objectives, growth plan and defined the purchasing requirements.
？ Base on sourcing strategy manage the annual sourcing budget plan, try to accomplish the target.
2. Product development
？ Understand the PVC inflatable product industry
？ Able to work out a sampling plan from artwork/templates.
3. Leadership, Management on supplier
？ Provide leadership to the purchasing team and product engineering, maximizing performance.
？ Lead the team to ensure best practice methods are understood and consistently applied with on time delivery.
？ Responsible for supplier performance and relationship.
4. Deliver Business Objectives
？ Identify and drive product development, purchasing initiatives, Deliver a Best Cost Sourcing strategy to support Group Companies and to identify additional opportunities
？ Develop and ensure supplied product consistently achieves required quality standard, and that suppliers perform in all respects
？ Lead Supplier Quality Assurance activities to ensure effective and appropriate decision making, including supplier development activities
 
Job Qualification
1.8~10 years working experience in international retailer or buying office, with +5 years as management role, familiar with PVC inflatable items is a plus.
2. Experience in major buying offices / agents and familiar with US market trend and standards required
3. High sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
4. Engaging & influential communication\negotiation skill.
5. Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability.
6. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics.
7. Excellent team management and working well under pressure.
8. Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
