职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1 In charge of DC operation with process improvement and implementation of new methodology in order to deliver quality service to our client
2 Take the leadership roles by leading and managing the changes of DC operation processes as well as developing workers’ operational capabilities and communication skills.
3 Coach and help the warehouse workers understand the warehouse best practices and supervisor the implementation.
4 Recruit, motivate, develop and retain the talents to set up a DC operation team
5 In-depth understand the DC operation process, KPI, and continuous process improvement and optimization from overall prospective
6. Rich experience in transport and delivery management
7 Have hands-on experience in identifying the cost control and saving opportunities and making it happen for P&L improvement.
8. is equipped well with strong execution capability with the ability to put the creative ideas into practices for goods outcome,
9. Open-minded, easy-going, flexible and mentally strong enough to accept any advices and suggestions as well as challenges
10. Very strong customer, supplier, and staffs relationship management skills supported by nice personalities
11. strong capable in project management, people management, timing management, risk management, customer service management and financial
12. Professionally understand and use the WMS and TMS with very strong data analysis capability

Qualification and experience:

1 University degree or above, major in logistics and business management related, at least 8 years’ experience in DC management, transport and delivery managements
2 Strong leadership and excellent communication skills,
3 Excellent skill in problem analysis and solving
4 Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure
5 Diligent, self-motived and open-minded and quick learner,
6 Good command of spoken and written English
7 Knowledge of WMS and most of all Infolog will be greatly appreciated
8 Good skills in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc. 举报 分享
