职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Conduct overall IT budget review and adjustments together with IT team and IT Director during RF1 period
2、Calculate monthly IT recharge amount based on each business actual consumed, aligned with Finance team for invoicing on monthly basis
3、Review Month-to-Date actual spending, Month-to-Date budget, identify the variance to support IT dictions by management team.
4、Collaborate with Finance team for IT monthly accrual, cost booking and reporting
5、Other IT related supports, like invoice reconciliation, IT KPI reporting, etc.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting and Cost Management
- 2-3 years’ experience at least in Finance budget and cost management
- IT finance planning and management background will be perfect.
- Solid finance knowledge is mandatory
- Strong skillsets in Microsoft office, i.e. Excel, Word , Outlook, PowerPoints
- Good in English reading, writing and speaking
- Clear communication skills
- Be open and with logical mind-set
- Willing team collaboration and cross-team coordination 举报 分享
