Specific Responsibilities

- Drive sustainable business growth for eBay cross border trading top sellers:
- Being heavily involved and responsible for critical projects, working closely to support and advise the business, presenting findings to management in decision making
- Perform high level analysis and work with complex data. Own regular and ad-hoc reports and metrics, and ensuring that they are properly completed and accurate
- Mine and analyze data to develop critical customer and business performance insights
- Provide top sellers with constructive business consultation on diagnosed growth obstacles, support top sellers to understand and fully comply with eBay policy/platform changes
- Be a contact window to deliver business results by working collaboratively with international and cross functional teams

Candidate Profile

- Strong academic profile with a Bachelor or above degree in Business, Economics, or quantitative area (Computer Science, Engineering, mathematics, statistics).
- An advanced degree, MBA or MS is considered a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- 5+ years working experience; with 2+ years managerial experience
- Experience in consulting, business analysis preferred; experience in e-commerce, internet or electronics industry, marketing, account management or international trading a plus
