职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support sales staff and distributors on tracking and recording daily sales order;
2. Support internal sales and distributors on the summary of the sale’s forecast and distributor’s forecast;
3. Support commercial director, sales team, marketing team and service team on daily business operation, including but not limited to the coordination on the marketing event, internal and external conferences, meetings and relevant daily administration.
4. Coordinate with Customer Service and monitor all customer orders from placement until final delivery;
5. Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance and HR department on providing daily admin support for Beijing site;
6. Other ad hoc tasks from Commercial Director and management team members.

Qualification
1. Associate degree or above , administration/trading or related major is preferred;
2. 1-2 years working experience in sales administration function or relevant (Experience in MNC is plus);
3. Proficiency in written English. Strong interpersonal communication skills;
4. Quick learner and take initiative to drive change and improvement, good communication and learning skill;
5. Logic thinking and strong data analytic capability;
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office Software (such as Word, Excel, and etc) and SAP is preferred. 举报 分享
