职位描述：
I. Job Summary 
Research rates, routings of transport for shipment of products. Maintain awareness of regulations affecting the international movement of cargo. Be responsible to handle the shipment with freight collect/prepaid, handle customs clearance and delivery
II. Key Responsibilities
Calculate weight, volume, cost of goods to be moved in containers or bulk ship
Forecast shipment date and reserve necessary space on ships
Complete shipping documentation, such as Bills of Lading, Certificate of Origen, Contract, Invoice, Packing List and others as needed, and input the information in the local ERP
Obtain or arrange cargo insurance
Pay or arrange payment of freight or insurance fees or other charges
Prepare Invoices or cost quotations for freight transportation
Verify proper packaging and labelling of exported goods
Clear goods through Customs as required when export and import goods, complete customs paperwork.
Carefully follow the customer payment & raise alert each time if it ‘s necessary
III. Job Specification 
1. University degree in Business / Trading / Logistics
2. Strong oral and written abilities in both English and Chinese (Spanish is a Plus) 
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) 
4. Strongly sales oriented with excellent service etiquette and good communication skills
5. Must be able to travel as required; flexible OT 
6. Experience: Freight forwarder experience at least 3 years
