Major responsibilities:
? Maintain office IT/ equipment in good working condition, including the LAN server(s), all desktop & notebook computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.
? Support and coordinate with HK MIS Department to maintain a working IT infrastructure environment.
? Help maintain the IT equipment at the Dongguan Office upon request.
? Providing operating system and software (office/outlook/IP phone, etc) problem.
? Providing IT orientation to end users;
? Set up special IT equipment for ad hoc purposes, such as projector for group meetings, teleconferencing, etc.
? Providing IT asset / inventory management;
? Backup for handling administrative duties as assigned.
? Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by superiors.
Qualification requirements:
? College graduate in computer studies.
? One year experience in computer server maintenance, preferably in a large and dynamic office environment (Candidate without such experience but with good potential will also be considered).
? Knowledge of wide & local area network administration.
? Good knowledge in Microsoft windows platform such as Windows 7/Windows 8;
? Good working knowledge of MS Office/outlook and some understanding of database management.
? Good knowledge in networking/ IP telephony, etc;
? Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Chinese.
? Be positive, solutions-oriented and able to work with various people.
? Self-starter, excellent organization skills and with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
