工作职责 (Roles & Responsibilities)

营运风险 Operational Risk：

1. 组织管理个人银行部中国区域营运风险管理工作

Lead and manage operational risk management in CFS China.

2. 确保流程与总部的政策、策略及中国法规一致

Ensure processes are aligned with head office policy, strategies and China Legal & Compliance

3. 对营运高风险点开展内控检查，并跟踪监测后续整改情况，定期向管理层汇报

Conduct internal inspection on high operational risk areas, and track any follow-up action with regular report to management

4. 对个人银行部进行审计前 检查，支持个人银行部各业务部门通过审计，并协助其跟进处理审计相关事宜。

Conduct pre-audit checks for CFS China Business Units to achieve audit pass, and assist business units on follow-up of audit issues.

5. 确保个人银行部各部门及时完成RCSA与RRSA并确保质量

Ensure timely and quality Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and Regulatory Requirement Self Assessment (RCSA) submission by all CFS China Business Units

6. 组织领导中国个人银行部业务持续管理

Develop and maintain CFS China business continuity management

7. 建立个人银行部各业务部门审核已有及新流程的框架，并推动流程的完善

Develop framework for supporting CFS China Business Units in reviewing existing and new processes, and drive for process improvement

8. 定期提供有关个人银行营运风险的培训

Conduct regular and quality training on consumer banking operational risk management

9. 提升个人银行部的营运风险文化及推广

Promote operational risk culture and broadcast within CFS China

10. 损失或欺诈事件报告及调查

Manage Loss or Fraud Event reporting and investigation

11. 协助及监测个人银行部员工参与整个银行层面风险相关的测试

Facilitate and track CFS China staff participation in risk related tests conducted on bank-wide basis

12. 监测并报告个人银行部员工必修培训的参与情况

Monitor and circulate CFS China staff participation in compulsory courses

13. 建立与营运风险有关的报表及 分析（如数据质量报表等）

Develop, analyse and maintain operational risk-related reports (for example data quality report etc.)

合规 Compliance：

1. 组织管理个人银行部中国区域合规管理工作

Lead and manage adherence to regulatory and internal compliance in CFS China

2. 与中国区合规部门密切合作，作为个人银行部合规 官 (Division Compliance Officer – DCO)，上传下达监管条规给相关业务部门与支行，帮助相关业务部门与支行解读监管规定，并跟踪监测合规执行情况，以确保合规

Work closely with China compliance team, as Division Compliance Officer (DCO), convey new regulations or regulation changes to relevant business units and branches, assist relevant business units and branches to interpret and understand the regulations, monitor the follow-up actions, to ensure compliance

3. 向总部及管理层汇报最新合规动态

Report to head office and management on latest regulatory changes

4. 组织管理个人银行部反洗黑钱流程，确保个人银行尽责调查到位及负责协调有关反洗黑钱调查

Lead and manage Anti Money Laundering (AML) processes in CFS China. Ensure customer due diligence (CDD) and co-ordinate the relevant investigations on AML

5. 确保合规与CBRC、新加坡金融管理局及总部的政策一致

Ensure the compliance CBRC regulation, & alignment with head office policy, and MAS regulation

6. 定期提供有关个人银行合规的培训。

Conduct regular and quality trainings on regulatory compliance for CFS China

7. 合规报表

Develop, analyse and maintain Regulatory & Compliance reports

岗位要求 Requirements:

1. 本科或以上学历，5年以上银行工作经验

Bachelor degree or above with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banks

2. 优先考虑有个人银行运营风险管理、或合规、或审计工作经验的

Working experience in retail banking operational risk management or compliance or audit department is highly preferred

3. 熟悉个人银行监管规定

Familiar with local regulatory requirements especially related to retail banking

4. 了解个人银行流程与产品

Strong understanding of retail banking processes and products

5. 流利中英文口语与写作能力

Proficient in oral and written skills on both English and Chinese

6. 态度积极，较强分析能力

Proactive and strong analytic mindset

7. 能独立工作，同时也适应团队工作

Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
