We are looking for a customer service assistant for a top luxury brand from France. The fresh graduates are considerable.

职位: 客户服务助理
地点: 上海

工作职责：
1. 与店铺人员沟通，了解顾客关于产品的维护和保养的需求；
2. 根据店铺传达的客户需求，提供能让顾客满意的优质服务；
3. 及时填写客户服务档案并检查确保档案的准确性；
4. 辅助报表的完成以及报告的分析工作。

职位要求：
1. 大学本科学历，应届生优先；
2. 良好的沟通能力，注重细节，工作踏实认真，具有服务意识；
3. 良好的英语读写能力。

Position: Customer service assistant

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities

Answer the call from all boutiques about the maintenance and repair request.

Follow up the customer service request from boutiques and deliver the excellent service to satisfy the consumer.

Check the customer service documentation to ensure the accuracy and filing the documents.

Assist to prepare the reports and analysis the reports.

Requirements

Bachelor degree

Fresh graduates are preference.

Good in communication, detail oriented, service oriented and hard working.

Good in English reading and writing.
