职位描述：
This is a position for lab technician working in Shanghai lab of Trinseo Binders.
Key job scope includes:
a) Plan and carry out lab experimental projects for latex products, including paper coating, and / or performance applications like masking tape application.
b) Take ownership of lab work processes, to ensure full compliance to increase lab operation consistency and efficiency
c) Take ownership of designated lab safety programs to make sure that the technical team is working safely.
d) May take ownership of equipment / testing procedures in terms of development, review, modification and training to others.

Prime Responsibilities:
Fully communicate with TS&D to understand the objective of the experiments and test methods.
Execute and plan lab experiments independently or work together with lab team in Styron EP lab.
Follow up the samples testing and prepare the analysis report.
Keep lab working area in compliance with Styron EH&S regulations.
Focal point roles: work processes, safety programs, equipment & testing procedures

Education:
- Preferably chemical background with chemical lab apprenticeship, or printing technology background
Experience: (range of years and type of experience)
- 2-4 years are preferred
Communication: (verbal, written, instructional etc )
