Job description:

In this position, you join Business Process Control (BPC) in Shanghai to work closely with business groups across the LEGO Group on company policy implementation, capability building, governance and compliance. BPC teams are a functional area within Corporate Risk and Business Compliance (CRBC), and work closely with a wide range of business stakeholders on company policy implementation and other compliance and governance activities. You will lead the BPC function in China, and join the CRBC leadership team, handling a very versatile set of tasks revolving around the review of business processes to ensure proper levels of transparency and governance.
As You Do So, You ?
Drive specific projects as required, take responsibility for more complex queries that are either escalated or delegated to you ? Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues, provide training and guidance where required ?
Develop and mature the BPC function and drive related capability and infrastructure built up ?
Review and assess the design of business process controls and policies to identify opportunities to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency ?
Support the business to deploy controls and help embed these controls in TLG's day to day processes ?
Alongside your colleagues in CRBC opt to enable and secure the LEGO Group and our employees to make conscious decisions, by embedding infrastructure to address risks and opportunities and conduct business the LEGO way
Oversee and/or conduct investigations in collaboration with other specialized functions ?
Continuously opt to enhance the infrastructure and capabilities at hand in the LEGO Group in respect to all the functional areas covered by Corporate Risk and Business Compliance

In this global role, you will be challenged to span business elements across a major organization, functions, cultures and locations. And as you lead a functional area that is still maturing, we need someone who can work independently and interact seamlessly with a variety of teams to manage change and drive the embedment of compliance and governance aspects in our business processes.
Your Qualifications ?
You have 10+ years of experience within auditing, finance and risk management functions giving you an extensive understanding of business processes and management systems ?
You have the experience in compliance and investigation ?
You have a solid leadership track record from working in a global company and have demonstrated strong change management capabilities ?
You exhibit an open mind and the ability to create ties across functions and cultures, just as you know how to use your functional expertise to act as a 'go to' person for other experts ?
SAP experience is a plus and any experience with implementing Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) as well as operating in a SOX compliant regime would be highly welcome ?
You are fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to communicate messages in a simple and convincing manner
