职位描述：

Main Duties

1. Will be responsible for several auto franchises in the Composite reporting process
· Review composite submissions and manage them through a validation process to a set deadline
· Contact Dealership Accountant regarding queries from submissions
· Assist in checking all output reports before and after review with franchise
· Attend review meetings with franchise onsite or at the manufacturers
· Identify poor performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address the issues
2. Project management and project consulting, pre-launch visit, dealer audit, dealer training, to improve data accuracy and dealership profitability
3. Coordinate & support Country Director in tenders/biddings and other business development activities
4. Coordinate & participant client trainings
5. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
6. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
7. Any Ad hoc request
This role profile is not exhaustive, it will be subject to periodic review and may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business. The post holder will be expected to participate in this process and the company would aim to reach agreement to the changes.

Minimum Requirements:
1.Above 3 years as Finance/Audit manager in auto dealer group (4s dealers)

2. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit from China top university

3.Advance English (CET-6), be able to orally & verbally written /analysis/respond on Accounting & Financial Management reports into Chinese (or vice versa)

4.Project management skill, highly organised & forward planning/diary management .

5.Strong influencing and negotiating skills.

6.Excellent Communication skills Both verbal and written

7.System skill requirement:
a) DMS, and
b) Office: advance Excel, World & Powerpoint

8. can-do & proactive attitude, flexible working approach

9. Team worker, Assertive and enthusiastic

10. willing to travel frequenty
