职位描述：
本职位主要负责治疗计划系统（TPS）——Monaco的开发。Monaco提供高性能和高精度放射治疗计划，涵盖光子、 电子和重粒子等治疗手段。一经录用，您将作为全球敏捷团队（agile）的一员，参与到软件研发的整个周期中，设计并实现新的算法和结构，研究行业前沿技术。您会获得开发大型复杂系统的宝贵经验。

工作职责︰
- 和开发工程师合作产出可以测试的软件。
- 使用敏捷思维和scrum的方法研发软件。
- 计划，执行并记录软件的测试方案。
- 协助处理质量问题。
- 改进工程实践，使用工具，基础设施以及其他质量相关的系统流程以及产品。

This position focuses on TPS (treatment planning system) - Monaco development. Monaco delivers high performance and high precision radiotherapy treatment planning for all major treatment techniques for photon, electron and particle based plans. The selected candidate will work as a member of global agile teams, be involved into whole life cycle of software development, research new technology and implement algorithms/architectural designs. The candidate will gain experience of developing large-scale comprehensive software system.

Responsibilities:
- Work with development engineers to produce design-for-test software
- Test within Agile philosophy and Scrum methodology
- Implement, conduct and document test solutions for software applications
- Assist with escalations of customer issues
- Participate in activities for improving engineering practices, tools, infrastructure and other quality system processes and deliverables
职位要求：
岗位要求（技术/工作经验/资格证书）
- 工程学、计算机科学、物理学或相关的学科的本科学位。
- 2 年以上软件测试或开发经验，了解软件测试的方法和策略。
- 熟悉至少一门脚本语言。

优先考虑：
- 关于.NET、 c + + 和数据库知识
- Scrum/敏捷方法的经验
- 自动化测试经验

Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related field of study
- 2+ years of software testing or developing experience including knowledge of software testing methodology and strategy.
- Familiar with at least one script language.

Nice to have:
- Knowledge about .NET, C++ and Databases
- Experience with the scrum/agile methodology
- Automation test experience
