Road of career…

Comprehensive business understanding: (0-18 months) Job Rotation Program
You will have2-3 rotations in different HR function or other Department.

Individual Career Path: (18-42 months) Further Development in Certain Area
You will work in a real business environment with clear job target. Our customized training & professional mentor will support you to develop rapidly.

Review performance regularly to recognize your own advantages & goals.


We are looking for:

? Graduates in Psychology, Sociology, Business administration or Human Resource Management
? Relevant internship experience in HR or Communication function
? Social & intercultural skills enabling you to work in a multicultural environment
? Enthusiasm for brands and consumer goods
? Down-to-earth style, but desire to take over managerial responsibilities
? Strong analytical skill, good logic thinking
? Team Spirit
? Fluency in English
