Crown Worldwide Group operates from over 265 locations in 60 countries, providing global mobility services, transportation of household goods and fine arts, departure and destination services, business information storage, high value warehousing, freight forwarding and third-party logistics. Established in 1965, the Crown Worldwide Group is a privately held company with global headquarters in Hong Kong.
We are currently seeking applications for the position of Corporate Service Executive. This position is based in our Shenzhen office.
Key Responsibility
Strengthen and develop relations with existing customers.
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Negotiate price and terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information.
Perform surveys, prepare and submit subsequent proposals and order confirmations.
Communicate with all parties to ensure clients receive excellent service from Crown Records Management.
Visit customers regularly so as to maintain and improve relationship.
Channel customer’s requests to Customer Service and Operations Department.
Requirement
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Customer oriented, aggressive, result oriented with positive attitude.
Sales experiences for 1-2 years is an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Late hours will be required in occasions.
Immediate available preferred.
