职位描述：
工作职责：
礼貌接待并适当过滤来访者，把他们带到办公室的相应地点；
礼貌应答来电并准确记录留言；
负责电话总机和其他相关通讯设备的使用和维护，包括打印机维护；
负责邮件和包裹的接收和寄送工作，并准确做好相应记录；
办室公共区域的整洁，包括接待区、会议室、茶水区及打印机摆放区域；
熟练操作酒店和飞机票的预定工作；
以节约的原则及时补给办公室的日常用品，包括水、打印纸、文具等；
准确记录考勤时间；
与公司各类供应商进行协调与沟通，包括快递公司和提供IT服务外包的公司；
根据需要协助打字、复印和存档的文书工作；
根据需要负责其余各类秘书工作。

人员要求：
专科及以上学历；
1至2年秘书或助理工作经验；
良好的英语读写能力；
熟练使用微软办公室软件；
良好的人际沟通和团队协作能力；
五官端正、举止大方、性格温和；
学习能力强，可承受工作压力。

Responsibilities:

Greet and filter visitors on arrival and direct them to their destination in a good manner
Answer phone calls and take message in polite and proper way
Responsible for operating switchboard and related communication equipments including maintenance for printers
Collect and dispatch in-coming and out-going mails and packages and make accurate records
Keep the cleanness of office public areas including reception area, conference rooms, tea area and printer area
Be familiar with booking air ticket and hotels
Maintain office supplies including water, paper, stationery (etc.) on a timely and cost-saving basis
Make accurate attendance records
Coordinate and communicate with various suppliers including courier company and IT out-sourcing company
Assist documents typing, photocopying and filing as requested
Undertake other necessary secretarial job as request

Job Specifications:
College or above
1-2 years working experience in secretary or assistant
Good spoken and written English skills
Familiar with MS office
Good interpersonal skill to be a good team player
Good appearance, polite manner and amiable personality
