Position Title: Director of Business Development-Resorts
Reports to: Vice President- Sales & Marketing
Direct Report : Director of Revenue Management, Associate Director of Sales-Resorts
Location: Shanghai
 
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies and goals for naked resorts in order to meet and exceed revenue targets.
· Devise opening Sales and Marketing strategy and plan to support and ensure successfully opening of new naked Resorts.
· Oversee and lead the sales team to manage the daily sales activities and develop and drive sales penetration to new markets, as well as cross selling for naked Discovery corporate sales and corporate events in naked Hub.
· Work with corporate digital marketing team to strengthen e-commerce channel sales performance.
· Collaborate with naked retreats marketing to ensure naked resorts sales performance and maximize the revenue.
· Able to work with Resort owners for Sales and Marketing related budget presentation and communications.
· Responsible for naked resorts revenue performance and maximize profitability and conversant with channel/distribution management, using these tools to effectively support decision making.
· Define revenue yielding and pricing strategy and drive the execution.
· Oversees Reservation process and assist in ensuring inventory is appropriately allocated, blocked and managed on-property.
· Provide the leadership and lead the talent development program and successful planning within the organization.
 
Requirements:
· Over 10 years working experience in hospitality industry with proven track record, preferably luxury hotel or resort experience.
· Strong leadership and able to lead and motivate the team.
· Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
· Excellent business development capability and forward thinking.
· Good communication skills both in both English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
