职位描述：
Responsibilities :
1. Work with Technical Competence Centre ( TCC) to define the Single component Drawings from Customer Assembly drawing with a view to ensure that Customer requirements , dimensional tolerances are met
2. To define , together with TCC , DFM for the Single components and Assembly Dimensions and Specifications
3. To discuss with Customer these DFM with the Ultimate goal that manufacturability of the product can be achieved in the Mass Production Stage.
4. To work with Internal Automation Team, Maintenance team and Equipment suppliers, the definition of the Assembly Equipment ( Laser welding machine, TIG, MIG and/or CMT ) as well as the fixtures needed to achieve the drawing specification.
5. To work hand in hand with Internal maintenance team on Equipment Warranty and Service maintenance as well as preventive maintenance procedures to ensure all Equipments are in running conditions
6. To work with internal teams , including TCC on tooling and fixtures modification on internal Engineering as well as Customer ECO.
7. Continuous Machine and Process Optimization during the life of the Product.

Educations Requirements :
A degree in Mechanical/ Mechantronics or Industrial Engineering with a minimum working experience of 3 to 5 years.
In lieu of a Degree, a College Diploma with more than 5 years working experience may be considered.

Competencies needed:
1. A sound ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings as well as Geometrical Tolerancing and Dimensioning.
2. Ability to work with 3D CAD and other Design software – Solid works
3. Proficiency in English Language is a MUST.
4. Working knowledge of Stamping Processes.
5. Working knowledge of Assembly processes – Rivetting , Welding technology ( Laser , TIG , MIG and/or CMT ) will be highly desirable.
6. Basic Knowledge of PLC programming as well as other system logic of Automation.
7. Interpersonal relationship management with Internal team as well as with Suppliers and Customers.
