Requirements:

1. BS or higher degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent;
2. Thorough knowledge and experience of high-tech automated systems development focus on mechanical design;
3. Working experience of CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Pro-E, Auto CAD etc.
4. Demonstrated experience leading high performing technical teams.
6.? Demonstrated leadership skills.
7. Previous experience on semiconductor/optic automated system/equipment development would be a prominent plus;
8. Overseas working experience would be a great plus;
9. Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese;
10. Project/team management experience would get prominent plus.
11. Able to travel to US and Australia

Responsibilities:

1. Work with a group of software, electric and process engineers to quickly develop world-class high-tech automated system;

2. Provide mentoring for mechanical engineers

3. Specify, supervise, or perform engineering analysis of complex scope.

4. Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems

5. Responsible for automated system conceptual/detail design,Parts procurement,integration,calibration etc.

6. Responsible for scheduleing, monitoring and evaluating the progress of the automated system development;

7. Closely collaborate with Automation team in US for Automated system Co-development (international travels required);

8. Process automation equipments transfer.
