职位描述：
？ Responsibilties:
        *Ensure constant maintenance of basic goods administration procedures/batches
？ *Carry out and maintain all administrative routines which influencing the stock balance
？ *Register all internal transactions
？ *Print and distribute all standard system reports, check returns and input information accordingly
？ *Update in-delivery
？ *Conduct regular and consistent inventories, investigate or assist on Investigating all kinds of discrepancies
？ *Understand and maintain all order- and sales-space parameters
？ *Be able to and help sales to use the external order system correctly
？ *Be able to use internal order system SGF correctly
？ *Assist LSB supply support specialist on analyzing and evaluating the order process in order to avoid shortage and/or overstock
？ *Assist co-ordinate and communicate with SO supply support specialist about supply or order-line issues
？ *Assist to prepare all the logistics KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators ) reports
？ *Assist feed-back for internal and external service agreement follow-ups

        Capabilites:
        *Computer application skills like Windows, Microsoft
        *Basic data analytical skills
        *Task orientated
