职位描述：
Department Name: Engineering Department
Reports To: Plant manager
Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Yangzhou Plant
Subordinates: 5

Performance Objective (KPI):
1. Yangzhou Plant set up on time with high quality
? Construction & retrofit management.
? Equipment installation, debugging & maintenance.
? Work with 3rd party construction management company to ensure excellent quality
? Lead the VO orders issuing for YZ new project
2. Operational Excellence - Safety & Key Plant Metrics
? Capacity and investment analysis, layout setup.
? Process management & engineering change executing.
? Lean & TIP initiatives.
? Safety, 0 LTI case, 0 LTI days;
? Weekly project management of project
3. Engineering leadership /Technology focus / Lean Initiatives
? Lead the engineering package / process transfer to YZ plant both finishing & cutting according to launch project timing
? Spare part evaluation system
4. Sustain High Performance Culture and People development

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science in the Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing management
2. Requires a minimum of 5 years engineering management experience, leather experience would be preferable.
3. Be familiar with automotive industry quality and supplier validation system, such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA.
4. Strong Engineering Background. Facility experience would be a plus.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal and Leadership skills.
