职位描述：
This role will be based in Shanghai and will provide contact center support to our 4S automobile dealership business customers. Responsibilities of this role include:
?Respond to inbound calls from both current and potential customers, providing superior customer service, technical related advice and translating inquiries into opportunities
?Make active calls to current and potential customers to identify opportunities to increase 4S dealerships aftersales revenues
?Act as a subject matter expert for all products
?Provide support to company personnel as needed
?Effectively build and nurture relationships with 4S management and aftersales personnel to gain commitment to business plan objectives
?Implement creative solutions that match the needs of the 4S consumer with 4S dealership processes and marketing
?Develop the business through collaboration with Original Equipment Manufacturers
?Perform Market Research and develop effective retail strategies at 4S dealerships

We are looking for candidates with experience in areas such as:
?Technical support for automotive aftersales
?Consulting and/or selling to 4S automobile dealerships or other retail automotive repair centers
?Retail aftersales experience at a 4S dealership or other retail automotive center
?Selling over the phone
?Tire technical knowledge
?Automotive Marketing
?Retail consulting

Position Requirements
?Must possess and demonstrate flexibility with changing work responsibilities, customer needs and market conditions
?Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of sales/service experience or equivalent work experience, (three or more years) within tire wholesaling/retailing and/or inside sales
?Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in Chinese
?Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English strongly preferred

Physical Job Requirements
?Sit for long periods of time.
?Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
?Talk on a telephone for extended periods of time.
