岗位描述：

1.负责数据中心人员及设备的进出管理；

2.负责机房基础设施及服务器，交换机的日常维护巡检，保持机房运行环境的良好状态，记录环境数据；

3.对数据中心机房服务器、网络及其他运营设备进行安装、系统调试、维护、故障处理等工作；

4.负责数据中心机房设备上/下架的管理,现场工程师的陪同及协助；

5.日常问题及突发事件的及时响应反馈并解决跟进故障处理，问题上报；

6.机房物理链路的调整及布置(协助)，例如光纤、网线 、电源线；

7.协调客户现场维护过程中的需求并反馈上级。

职位要求：

1.专科及以上学历，两年以上IT或CT类客户服务相关工作经验优先考虑；

2.熟悉常用服务器或PC机硬件配置，有组装和拆装硬件经验。

3.具有网络基础知识，了解网络7层协议；具有CCNA认证者优先考虑。

4.熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。

5.英文四级或相同能力，可以在工作中使用英文口语进行简单交流。

6.有云计算运维经验者优先。

7.有一定的抗压能力和良好的执行能力；

8.因工作岗位性质，需要适应翻班。

DC Operating Engineer 

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the access control of the data center’s personnel and equipment;

2. Responsible for the routine maintenance and inspection of the computer room infrastructures, servers and switchboards; keep the operating environment of the computer room in good order, and record environmental data;

3. Responsible for the installation, system debugging, maintenance and fault handling of the data center’s computer room servers, networks and other operating equipment;

4. Responsible for the management of loading/unloading of computer room equipment in the data center and accompany on-site engineers providing necessary support;

5. Responding to daily problems and emergencies promptly, solving and tracing faults, as well as escalating critical issues;

6. Responsible for the adjustment and arrangement of physical links in computer rooms, e.g. optical fibers, cables and power lines;

7. To coordinate customer’s needs during the on-site maintenance and process internal escalation.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, better in possess of experience in IT or CT customer services over 2 years;

2.Familiar with the common hardware settings of servers or PCs and experienced in assembling and disassembling hardware.  

3. Basic knowledge of network, especially in OSI Seven-Layer, certified with CCNA is preferred.

4. Familiar with Microsoft OFFICE skills.

5. CET-4 or equivalent; capable of communicating in simple English at work.

6. Experience in cloud computing operation and maintenance preferred.

7. Capable of working under stress and good executive ability 

8. Capable of work shift due to the job nature.
