Job Description:
Interfacing
with foundry to deal with deep-submicron silicon technology issues
(including 28nm). Working with design, product and reliability engineers
to improve performance and yield of FPGA IC products.
1. Assessing foundry design rules;
2. Reviewing layout data to facilitate tape out;
3. Design of experiments and test structures, and characterizing test chip for product optimization;
4. Analyzing correlation between yield and process parameters;
5. Assisting reliability and qualification tests;
6. Analyzing failure analysis results to improve yield.

Requirements:
1. Major in Microelectronics or Solid State Physics;

2. Master's Degree with 3 years or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years related industry experiences;
3. Familar with CMOS device physics, IC manufacturing process flow and reliability tests;
4. Good team player and interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with English;

5. Candidate with any of the following experience is a plus:

-fab process integration;

-layout/DRC tools;

-statistical analysis such as excel;

-spice simulation;

-semiconductor parameter analyzer;

-FA equipment.
