Supporting the department in and taking lead in:
1 Dealer network benchmarking study and info. Management i.e. timing and # of dealers, throughput, retail format and standard, commercial policy
2 Dealer network planning including strategy, standards, policy, processes, criteria, templates, etc.
3 Developing dealer network capacity & representation plan
4 Identifying representation issues within the network and developing improvement or replacement plan
5 Monitoring and reporting new dealer prospecting, evaluation, selection and launch status
6 Monitoring and reporting existing dealers warning and termination status
7 Dealer network franchising administration management (MOU, DSSA, Car License, etc.)
8 Dealer opening certification and coordination (pre-open certification and grand opening event)
9 Dealer profile and central database management
10 Dealer annual sales target and commercial policy development
11 Retail approaches innovation planning
12 Other assignments from the supervisor
13 Dealers sales throughput
14 Premium market volume coverage and city coverage
15 Timely development of the dealer capacity & representation plan
1Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the info. and reports of dealer network benchmark, planning, tracking and database
16 Timely support on dealer annual commercial policy and annual dealer target development
17 Budget monitoring
18 Team development
Qualification:
1 Dealer network benchmarking study and info. Management i.e. timing and # of dealers, throughput, retail format and standard, commercial policy
2 Dealer network planning including strategy, standards, policy, processes, criteria, templates, etc.
