Due to our continued growth in the Asia Region we now have a unique opportunity for a dynamic and natural leader to implement and manage the strategy and direction for revenue generation in our Leisure Channel.

Reporting to the Manager Sales & Market Development China and based in Shanghai you will be responsible for leading and motivating an integrated team of sales and marketers to exceed targets and leverage Air New Zealand's product and proposition in the market. You will also be required to develop and implement marketing campaigns with trade partners that clearly and directly impact revenue generation through this channel.

Key to your success will be your ability to effectively deploy resource in a way that really produces results and sales conversion, negotiating sound commercial agreements and proactively working on developing key relationships that will add value to Air New Zealand's brand, and increase traffic on our metal to destination New Zealand.

To be considered for this role you will have the ability to strategically manage accounts along with a proven depth of performance and experience in the Airline and Travel industry. You will also have excellent consultative sales skills, the natural ability to develop this to a high level within your team and the experience to influence key decision makers at all levels.
