RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Provide professional support to Managing Director on all administrative/executive related tasks;
. Perform general office duties, including screening and answering calls, reconciling expense, preparing management reports, filing, faxing correspondence, etc;
. Make complex travel arrangement and assist internal and external executives' visits to Shanghai office;
. Interpretation and documentation translation as needed;
. Act as a liaison between multiple companies, locations and multiple departments, both internally and externally;
. Prioritize and manage multiple projects instructed by Managing Director, and follow up pending items/action plans;
. Organize meetings, assist in the development of presentational materials, take meeting minutes and follow up on action plans;
. Handle other duties as requested, both business and personal related;

REQUIREMENTS:

. Bachelor degree in business administration or English;
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels and interact with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
. Excellent English skill both verbal and written;
. Exceedingly well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable and committed;
. Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and team work spirit;
. Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently;

. Experience in the entertainment industry;
. A passion for video games especially Blizzard games;
