职位描述：
工作职责：

1. 协助资深旅行顾问根据公司现有产品和客户需求，为客户量身定制旅行行程；
2. 协助资深旅行顾问和顾客进行简单的沟通和旅行相关问题解答；
3. 学习与供应商联系落实签证、机票、酒店、地面服务和客人的特殊要求；
4. 协助资深旅行顾问及时进行客户回访，提高客户满意度；及时向产品团队反馈客户的意见和建议。

职位要求：

1. 具有基本的地理知识
2. 良好的书面和口头英语表达
3. 具有良好的人际沟通能力和应变能力
4. 具有卓越的服务意识和团队合作精神
5. 能够积极主动、认真仔细的完成各项工作
6. 实习时间至少4个月以上 举报 分享
