职位描述：
工作职责：
领导AR team按时按质完成工作
负责审核和指导AR 相关会计账务的账务处理
负责报送对总部的AR报表
协助内外审计
善于沟通与其他部门保持良好业务关系
不定时对AR部门的工作流程做优化和完善，提高工作质量和效率
指导和培养AR部门的下属，帮助他们更好的工作。

任职要求：
财务、会计等相关专业大专以上学历
良好的英语和中文写作能力
至少2年以上相关工作经验
熟悉中国的会计准则
有集团工作经验尤佳
电脑操作熟练-Excel需要会Vlookup函数和数据透视表，用友财务软件
热情开朗，良好的沟通和组织能力，独立负责部门工作

Job Descriptions:
- Lead, supervise and manage the Accounts Receivable Team to perform daily AR work and duties in a timely and accurate manner
-Supervise and control the flow and preparation of various AR related journals, such as Sales, Accruals, Account Receivable, etc.
- Assist & Participate in AR reports for headquarters
-Assists & Participate in Internal/External Audits,
- Maintain good communication and good working relationship with Other Teams, other Departments and Headquarters to ensure smooth operations
- From time to time, review and propose new work flow and procedures as deemed appropriate for continuous improvement on work quality and work efficiency
- Train and foster the Growth and development of fellow team members by providing guidance on work flow, work procedures and work processes

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
 Good command of English and Chinese,
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with multinational corporations is preferred
Good knowledge of China GAAP
Strong computer skills- Excel（Vlookup Function & PIVOT）， UF U8 financial software
