PURPOSE OF THE JOB



Utilitze IE methodology,optimize production process ,increase the product quality and working efficiency,automation and be economic
Optimize production site layout scheme,improve the production flow ,reduce the production operation cost
Optimize production manufacture structure,leading the continuous imporvement project
Leading the suggestion box project ,total employee involvement for the improvement, enhance the level of emploee innovative and team work spirit
Organize and push for 5s management activities, improve the on-site manufacturing level and product quality

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES



· Tact time setup and improve

· Productivity improve

· Working efficiency increase

· Abnormal manhours analysis and improve

· SOP evaluate and approval and ensure line balance

· Workshop capacity analysis and manpower needs calculations

· Training and development program setup and develop

PERSON SPECIFICATION



Profile :


· Bachelor level above,major in engineeting preferred

· 3Years above manufacturing experience,more than 2 years industry engineering experience

· Expertise and skill about production process, IE, lean manufacture, ERP system

· Master IE methodology for improvement

· CET-6 above

· Potential for leadership skill and good communication for cross functional dept. works
