*Key Accountabilities:

1. Support sourcing team on sourcing project data entry into share point system and generate or download database as per business requirements

2. Maintain and make sure accurate data input to support proper reporting from different functions

3. Tracking of exceptions within the database

4. Data analysis to support sourcing function as per business needs

5. Administration work for supporting general manager and whole IPPS team

*Knowledge and Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in statistics or related major

2. 1-2 years working experience relating with data maintenance is preferred

3. Fluent communication in English both written and Oral

Solid computer skills with strong capability on Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and Front Page as a plus.
