I.SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for costing and inventory related accounting work. Establish and maintain effective and efficient cost and inventory analysis process, provide timely and relevant analysis report for management decision.

II.AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

1.Costing & inventory accounting
Book keeping for costing & inventory
Monthly closing work for costing & inventory
Assist with physical inventory and deviation analysis for local warehouse and consignment stock
Support cost calculation for price
Other costing and inventory related accounting work

2.Costing & inventory analysis
Establish costing analysis process
Provide monthly costing analysis and explain the up / down of cost ratio for each BU
Monitor inventory for each BU
Work with warehouse and manufacture department to initiate cost cut projects and inventory control projects

3.Miscellaneous
Ad hoc tasks from controller

III.SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

1.Education/studies
University / college degree in Accounting or Finance

2.Professional experience
Costing experience for minimum 2 years in Multinational company
Understanding of IFRS and Chinese GAAP
Ufida experience prefer, SAP experience a plus
Knowledge of Lean
Accounting Certificate a plus

3.Skills
Proficient in excel
Strong analysis sense and skills
Good at English

4.Miscellaneous
High integrity and strong responsibility
Commitment to work
Team player
