职位描述：
Purpose of Job:
Lead and develop the electrical & instrument maintenance team to deliver a stable, reliable and safe electrical & instrument system to ensure manufacturing normally, support engineering capital investment projects from the electrical & instrument maintenance concerns and project’s commissioning/startup and handover.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide detailed and applicable technical training to develop electrical & instrument technicians’ capabilities to be a strong functional group to support site maintenance.
2. Provide and regularly update maintenance procedures/processes to maintenance team.
3. Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for site electrical & instrument system, and supervise its implementation quality to increase electrical & instrument system reliability and stability.
4. Develop site electrical & instrument maintenance materials and spare parts plan, and control spare parts’ quality.
5. Lead all of Root cause failure analysis activities, and get them documented.
6. Guide electrical & instrument technicians for daily preventive maintenance/ troubleshooting/repairing.
7. Backup PLC, HMI/SCADA system database
8. Support to site engineering team for new processes design, construction, commissioning, & start-up, and cooperate the hand-over training to maintenance team.
9. Update and manage all of Documentation/drawing related with mechanical, work with site document control department.

Profile (Knowledge/Skills/Attitudes):

1. Technical Junior colleage degree or above, majored in automation/instrument/process control or electricity
2. At least 5-years related working experience in auto process control equipment & other electrical equipment, preferred in fluid process & spray dryer process, Good "hands on" E&I skills
3. Familiar with Simatic S7-300/400 PLC, can read and program with the SCL/STL program language
4. Know a little S5 PLC system, know how to upload/download S5 program
5. Familiar with the Danfoss Drive and ABB drive
6. Familiar with the HMI ( Wincc / InTouch )
7. Familiar with Maintenance Management tools, for example: 5Why, Fishbone/FMEA/5S etc.
8. Have the working experience on flavor/food/pharmacy/chemical industry.
9. Good communication skill
10. AutoCAD is required
11. At least 3-years working experience of E&I maintenance supervisor or E&I maintenance engineer.
12. Low voltage maintenance license is a must
13. Customer-oriented manner and team work sense with continuous improvement actions.
14. Good oral English with proficient written English skills.
15. Good people/team management skill
16. Efficient time management and self-management.
